How to Submit a Correction

To process corrections faster, please include supporting evidence when possible:

- PRC license verification screenshot
- Official DHSUD LTS document
- BIR zonal value schedule/certificate
- Official government correspondence
May Require Verification
- Self-reported information without documentation
- Information from non-official sources
- Verbal claims without written proof
Processing Time
We review all correction requests and aim to respond within 3-5 business days. Complex corrections requiring additional verification may take longer.
For urgent matters (e.g., incorrect license status affecting your business), please indicate "URGENT" in your email subject line.
Important Notes
- We can only correct factual errors. We cannot remove accurate public record information.
- For profile changes (bio, contact info, photo), claimed profile owners should use their dashboard instead.
- We reserve the right to verify all correction requests before making changes.
- Submitting false correction requests may result in being blocked from future submissions.
