Project information is sourced from Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) License to Sell (LTS) records and developer submissions.

Development Status is Estimated

Development status (Pre-Selling, Under Construction, Ready for Occupancy) is estimated based on LTS issue date, not official DHSUD classification. Status marked with a tilde (~) indicates an estimate.

Our estimation methodology:

  • Pre-Selling (~): LTS issued within the last 2 years
  • Under Construction (~): LTS issued 2-4 years ago
  • Ready for Occupancy (~): LTS issued 4+ years ago or expired

Always contact the developer directly to verify the actual development status before making purchase decisions.

License to Sell (LTS) Verification

LTS data is sourced from DHSUD public records. An active LTS indicates that the project has been reviewed and approved for sale by DHSUD at the time of issuance.
