Information Collected Automatically

When you visit REN.PH, we automatically collect:

• Usage Data: Pages viewed, time spent, clicks, and navigation patterns
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution
• Log Data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs

Public Record Information

We aggregate and display publicly available information from government sources including:

• PRC broker license records and exam results
• DHSUD License to Sell records
• BIR zonal value publications

Removing Your Profile

We distinguish between two kinds of removal request, because our broker profiles are built from public regulatory records (PRC licensure results, DHSUD records):

• Takedown (profile page removed, name retained): we remove your public profile page and redirect visitors to your licensure exam cohort roster. Your name remains on that published passer roster, which mirrors an official PRC record we cannot edit. If you have claimed your profile, you can do this yourself, anytime, from the Privacy & Visibility section of your dashboard. It is reversible.
• Erasure (full deletion under RA 10173): we permanently delete the personal data REN.PH holds about you, including your profile page and any account details, contact information, or computed fields in our system. Subject to legal retention requirements, this is not reversible. Your name remains on the published passer roster, which mirrors an official PRC record we cannot edit. To request erasure, email us at admin@ren.ph.

Both options leave your name on the public passer roster. Neither REN.PH nor any third party can remove an entry from an official PRC licensure record.

If you have not claimed your profile and want it taken down, email us at the address above and we will action it for you.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Account information is retained until you request deletion. Aggregated or anonymized data may be retained indefinitely.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Children's Privacy

REN.PH is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
