• Project and License to Sell (LTS) verification
• BIR zonal value lookup tools

• Professional profile claiming for licensed brokers

The Service is provided free of charge and is intended for informational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

Some features require account registration. When creating an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Profile Claims

Licensed real estate brokers may claim their profiles on REN.PH. By claiming a profile:

• You confirm you are the licensed broker associated with that profile
• You agree to provide accurate professional information
• You grant us permission to display your professional information publicly
• You are responsible for keeping your profile information current

Fraudulent profile claims may result in account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data without permission
• Use the Service to spam or harass others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by REN.PH and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Government data (PRC, DHSUD, BIR) displayed on the Service is public information. Our compilation, organization, and presentation of this data is proprietary.

7. User Content

By submitting content to REN.PH (profile information, photos, etc.), you:

• Retain ownership of your content
• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service
• Represent that you have the right to submit the content
• Agree that your content does not violate any third-party rights

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REN.PH AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (if any) in the past twelve months.
