BIR Zonal Values in Brgy. Bagong Silang, Los Baños

The BIR has not assigned a zonal value to Brgy. Bagong Silang. Per the latest Department Order (effective Oct 15, 2017), the barangay is excluded from the zonal value schedule:

Per Municipal Assessor's justification, Barangay Bagong Silang is entirely Government land

Land that is government-owned, inside a forest or watershed reserve, or covered by an ancestral-domain title is not assigned a per-square-meter zonal value, so there are no street-level values to display for this barangay.
